Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers

Recipe
Servings: 4
4 bell peppers (halved or whole)
1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken)
1 small red onion (diced)
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1⁄2 tsp za'atar or oregano
1⁄4 tsp crushed red pepper
1⁄4 tsp turmeric
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
In a pan over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes
Add the meat and seasonings, brown but don't fully cook
In a baking dish, add the peppers. Then, fill with the meat
Bake for 25 minutes
Top with tzatziki and enjoy!
