I love this recipe because it is the perfect combination of hazelnuts and chocolate to give that nostalgic taste-and even better is sweetened with date sugar.

Ingredients and benefits:
Hazelnuts: Of course we need these! They’re rich in antioxidants, health fats, and vitamins to protect heart health and support blood sugar.
Cacao powder: Rich in flavonoids that lower blood pressure and have anti-aging effects.
Date sugar: A natural sweetener that contains fiber, minerals, and antioxidants.
Salt: Balances the flavors
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Roast hazelnut for 10-15 minutes
Remove from oven and pour into kitchen towel. Rub the skins off by folding the towel over the top of them
Once skins are off (it’s okay if they’re not totally off) add to food processor with the rest of the ingredients
Blend until combined, it will take a few minutes and scrape down the sides if you need to
Store in glass jar and enjoy 😋
